The Boone Community is Seeking the Towns input on the Skatepark Project

The Boone community is being surveyed for input on the skatepark, with results to be used in a grant application for the NC Parks and Recreation Trust Fund.
The second phase of the Boone skatepark project, sized at 4,000 square feet, is estimated to cost $270,000. Funding will consist of contributions from the town council, TDA budget, and community donations, provided the grant is approved by NC Parks and Recreation.
