Appstate Student has passed away

According to Appalachian State University spokesperon Megan Hayes Appstate Student Violet Briggs died on October 2^nd. At the moment very few details on violet or the cause of death are known. Though Hayes said that foul play is not suspected. The university is providing emotional support to students distressed by the loss of a fellow classmate.
