The Blowing Rock Fire Department board has partnered with Caldwell County to proide 24/7 Emergency Medical Services in areas of the Blowing Rock Fire District that are in Caldwell County.
The new partnership will see Caldwell vehicles and personnel responding to Blowing Rock calls that are in the northern part of Caldwell County, including Mulberry, Globe, and portions of Aho, Blackberry, Pilot Ridge, and Misty Mountain.
Areas in Watauga County will still be served by Blowing Rock Fire and Rescue, and Watauga Medics.
