Cove Creek VFD Responds to another Chimney Fire

The Cove Creek Volunteer Fire Department was able to put out a small chimney fire on Christmas Eve day.
Interim Fire Chief Steve Marks said the fire was in Green Turtle Drive of Valle Crucis. Cove Creek, Foscoe VFD, Shawneehaw VFD, Boone Fire, Watauga Rescue, Watauga Medics and the Watauga County Fire Marshal's office were also dispatched and helped to put out the blaze.
