Dog House Fire in Zionville

Firefighters from Zionville Volunteer Fire Department responded to a small blaze on Saturday, January 21st in the 7300 block of Old U.S 421.
The department was dispatched at 10:43 PM after a neighbor reported that a dog house was on fire. Firefighters arrived shortly afterwards and quickly extinguished the flames. It appears that there was a heating source inside the doghouse, but fortunately the vinyl siding of the house only sustained some heat damage and did not catch fire.
