Two Young People Shoplifted from the Mast General Store
UPDATE: The Suspects have been Identified and the BPD is seeking them.
The Boone Police Department is requesting the public's help to identify two suspects in an incident that occurred on the 5th of March, 2023 at 12:12 PM. A White male and White female entered the Mast General Store located at 630 W. King Street and each began to select items. The male grabbed a pair of Patagonia brand boxer briefs off the shelf, removed them from the packaging and tucked them into his clothing, leaving the empty package back on the shelf. The female grabbed a Hydro Flask brand 32oz water bottle from the display shelf and subsequently put it in her cloth shoulder bag. The two then left the store, having paid nothing for the goods.
