The Blowing Rock Community Foundation is Accepting Applications for it's Scholarship

The Blowing Rock Community Foundation, Inc. is offering scholarships for local students who attend or plan to attend a community college, technical school, or two/four year college or university, have a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher, have lived in the Blowing Rock School District for two years prior and have attended Watauga High School for two years.

The scholarships are available for up to eight semesters and applicants will need to submit an online application with a recent photo, and a 1-2 page statement about their future goals, academic and extracurricular achievements, and community service. Interviews will be held in April for scholarship award consideration.
