Appstate Beats Texas A&M

The App State Football team knocked off the #6 Texas A&M Aggies 17-14 on Saturday evening in College Station Texas. Quarterback Chase Brice threw a touchdown and totaled 174 yards and Running Back Camerun Peoples rushed for 112 yards in the win. The Mountaineers Defense forced 2 turnovers in the victory and held Texas A&M to 186 total yards of offense.  App State improves to 1-1 on the year and get’s set to start conference play next week when they return to Kidd Brewer stadium to host Troy at 3:30.
