GameDay is coming to Boone this Saturday

With the highly anticipated college pre-game show GameDay broadcasting from Boone this Saturday, Appalachian State University Chancellor Sheri Everts provided several key details and expectations for this event.

GameDay crew members began arriving and setting up everything needed for their broadcast at Sanford Mall on the Appstate Campus. On Saturday the show will start it's live broadcast. Fans are encouraged to stay on the mall throughout Friday, going into Saturday morning to be allowed in the GameDay Pit. Access to the pit in on a first come first serve basis. School colors and high energy are required! Only 500 fans will be allowed in the pit. Sleeping bags are permitted, but no tents, coolers or chairs will be.
